The team consists of a Technical Architect/Chartered Builder who is currently registered with the Chartered Insitute of Buildings (C.I.O.B) and a Marketing/ I.T Consultant. We also have an associated Architect, who is registered in Spain with the College of Architects. We all follow the strict rules of ethical conduct as laid down by the R.I.B.A and C.I.O.B and other various associations.

Having been based on the Costa del Sol for a number of years now, we have acquired vast amounts of local knowledge related to the property industry from town hall requirements, understanding the Spanish building customs/process, rules and regulations with regards to new build property right down to advising our Clients on the best possible action to take to ensure that they will benefit. Together with being a fully qualified practice, with many decades of experience, we ensure that you will not feel unsure or uncomfortable when operating outside of your home country.

Technical Architect (A.C.I.O.B) - Project Coordinator

Our technical architect brings to the team a wealth of knowledge and experience. With over 40 years in the Construction and Project Management industry, qualified in the UK and now a member of the Chartered Institute of Building. He has completed projects in countries such as Africa, Asia, the Middle East, UK, Europe and now the Costa del Sol since January 2002. He is a most valuable asset to have on your side. Being the eldest member of the team, he is very much a young minded and dynamic person, who has the ability to give valuable information and sometimes solve property related issues on the spot.

The business development coordinator's main tasks are involved with the carrying out of Snagging Inspections and Surveys. He is the person ensuring that you know how, where and when P.S.I is helping you and that when the job is completed, you remain being kept in the loop with regards to your property.

He also is in the forefront with regards to the marketing, managing of accounts and general day to day running of the company. Coming from an I.T background, He believes in the power of the internet and has developed the P.S.I website to be available and accessible to anyone searching for property related information on the Costa del Sol. He is also involved in developing new ideas and business through our network of professionals and personal contacts, whereby we have complete local knowledge of the coast which we can pass on to the benefits of our Clients.
