Philip brings to the team a wealth of knowledge and experience. With over 35 years in Construction and Project Management industry, qualified in the UK and now a member of the Chartered Institute of Building. Philip has completed projects in countries such as Africa, Asia, the Middle East, UK, Europe and now the Costa del Sol since January 2002. He is a most valuable asset to have on your side. Being the eldest member of the team, he is very much a young minded and dynamic person, who has the ability to give valuable information and sometimes solve property related issues on the spot.

Ben is one of the most creative and conceptually gifted Architects you will ever meet. He continually is looking for fresh, new and exciting ideas when it comes down to designing your dream home. Ben has the ability to mix old and new designs, creating a very unique and stylish design that will become your new home. A few of his projects have and are being completed in areas such as El Rosario, Nueva Andalucia, Marbella, Mijas-Costa, Los Flamingos Golf, Sotogrande and Gibraltar.

Aaron is the final member of the team, but more a person that his behind the scenes of the company. He is the person ensuring that you know how, where and when P.S.I is helping you and that when the job is completed, you remain being kept in the loop with regards to your property. Aaron also is in the forefront with regards to the marketing, managing of accounts and general day to day running of the company.
