450.000 Euros.

This is an all
inclusive price, which includes contracting of a project
manager, an Architect, right through to handing over the keys without
any hidden extra costs. Of course you have to add the cost of the
plot purchase to this figure. Therefore, the total build cost will
be approximately 850.000 Euros for a 3000m² plot with a 300m²

If you consider that TurnKey
Projects of the same dimensions direct from the Developer
are costing anything from 1,250.000 Euros and upwards, you have
saved yourself at the very least 400.000 Euros. It makes perfect
economic sense.
Another valid and encouraging point to mention
is that it is perfectly realistic to borrow up to 70% of the purchase
price of the plot and up too 100% of the construction costs, all
subject to the normal lending criteria. |
