This interior alteration and modification to an existing villa
with a prime location over looking the Golf Course, allowed
for the integration of an existing context into a modern style
of living. With its large bedrooms and spacious living areas
the design concept followed the dictum of ‘less does
more.’ With small touches and alterations here and there
the villa evolved into a modern, free living second home.
