This property is situated on a wooded site in a very prominent
location between two golf courses, thus allowing for views
and all sides of the property. The client, having an eye for
detail, requested a mix between American Colonial Architecture
and elements of the Spanish ‘Cortijo’ style in
a contemporary setting and feeling. By using the natural features
of the plot and the cork trees we have situated a large private
residence in a very modest, understated setting. With clear
circulation between all spaces and a constant inter-play between
the internal and the external environment the property is
