This property was originally designed in 1961 and has a very
rich history and unique character. The current owner wished
to extend/alter this villa to cater for his family’s
new lifestyle, opening the property up to the views and the
surrounding environment, whilst still remaining private and
secure. The original property is a classical villa with Ionic
columns, Classical arcading and Roman Arches. In order to
maintain the strong aesthetic of the property we have maintained
the same character for the new additions and renovations throughout.
By integrating the landscaping and new extensions we have
collaborated very closely with the client to ‘open up’
an already ‘closed and introverted’ place. |
