The team consists of an English speaking Architect (R.I.B.A) who with his associate partner are registered with the College of Architects here in Spain, a Technical Architect/Chartered Builder (C.I.O.B) and a Marketing/ I.T Consultant. We all follow the strict rules of ethical conduct as laid down by the R.I.B.A and C.I.O.B and other various associations.

We Survey and Inspect a wide range of properties in the residential, commercial and industrial sectors and can communicate in Spanish and English. These Surveys and Inspections consist of a written report together with photographic illustrations to highlight the defects.
